Shipping policy

NOTE TO VALUED CUSTOMER:

Once you have submitted your order, Processing Time for standard shipping is normally 3-8 business days from the date your order is placed. This means that you should receive your item(s) within this time-frame. **NOTE** We are in a global pandemic, if there is a delay with the postal service, your item(s) may take longer to arrive. Express & Priority orders are escalated and most ship the same or next day.

Tracking will be sent via email at the time that the order is shipped. 

If you have not received your tracking information, please check your spam and verify the email that you entered on your order is correct. Please reach out to us via email ONLY if the item has not been received in the timeframe that you selected at checkout. If you choose standard shipping, please wait the full time frame. 

For overnight shipping requests, please send us an email via the Contact Us section ONLY IF you do not see the option at checkout. Overnight shipping is generally $38 but may vary due to size of package.
